We, the management of the Archer Hotel, try to employ the trained receptionist, we will receive our guests at the hotel, making reservations for them and meeting your other needs that are key to your comfort during your stay at the hotel.

DUTIES

Get invited to the hotel, welcoming them warmly and answering your questions and also answering the inquirers by phone.
Please advise guests of the services and accommodation fees at the hotel, make reservations for guests according to your needs, and also make sure all reservations are carried out immediately to avoid confusion.
Build a good relationship and relationship with guests so they feel comfortable and address any complaints they may have in a very courteous way to protect the hotel’s image.
Keep clear and comprehensive records of guest bookings and all billing for accountability and future reference.
Keep order at reception by arranging the documents accordingly and keeping the reception area clean at all times to avoid ruining it.

APPLICATION
